What is the expected delivery timeframe for orders?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 days (Monday to Friday). After dispatch, Package transit time usually takes 5–6 days (Monday to Friday), so you can expect your order to arrive within approximately 6–9 business days.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If you no longer want to keep the item after delivery, you can request a return by following the procedure outlined in the Return and Refund Policy.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, Lia the Label offers free shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
How can I track my order?

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
