- Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, contact our team at info@liathelabel.co within the 30-day return period, and follow the instructions provided:
- Contact info@liathelabel.co with your order number and the product you wish to exchange for.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and include all original tags and accessories.
- Our team will guide you through the exchange process and help select the replacement.
After we receive and verify the original item, your replacement will be shipped.
Refunds
Once your return is received and verified, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Issued using the original payment method.
- Processed within 7 days of approval.
- Payment providers or banks can require extra time before releasing funds.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
