Order Processing and Delivery
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase. From there, we begin preparing your order for shipment.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed after the daily cut-off time of 16:00 GMT will be processed on the next business day.
- Dispatch Notification: When your order ships, you’ll get a second email containing your tracking details.
- Transit Time: Delivery usually takes 5-6 days (Monday to Friday) once dispatched.
In total, you can expect your order to arrive within approximately 6–9 business days from the date of purchase.
Lia the Label offers free shipping on all orders delivered to the United Kingdom, regardless of quantity.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately at info@liathelabel.co with photos of the issue.
- A replacement or refund can be offered after the case is reviewed.
Possible Delays
Although we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, certain factors may occasionally cause delays. These can include peak seasons, public holidays, severe weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.
- If your order does not arrive within the expected 6–9 business days, please allow an additional 3 days (Monday to Friday).
- If the package still hasn’t been delivered after this period, contact our customer service team at info@liathelabel.co so we can investigate and assist you further.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@liathelabel.co as soon as possible.
- You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
- Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If you no longer want to keep the item after delivery, you can request a return by following the procedure outlined in the Return and Refund Policy.
